A few meters from the city of Huanuco is the Fundo Pacan, owned by Mr. Manuel Gonzales, here comes one of the most prized spirits by Huanuco to celebrate the traditional festival: The sugar cane brandy .
recently made a brief visit to this place to buy a few liters of spirit cane, one of my dad's favorite liquor. In the above photo they can see my father and my uncle Julian Bravo Antonio Coz.
In this picture you can see Don Manuel Gonzales (right), who shows us some of the rooms of Pacan Fundo.
He recently turned fifty years of providing the privileged people of Huanuco a quality product, as shown in Inass analysis and certification of the Environmental Health Department.
